Meet the Coast Care Support team

Meet Jordan, a true Cenny-Coast born and raised locally. He is co-owner of Coast Care Support, leading our dedicated team of support workers to do what they do best. Since he was a young teen, he took care of his pop who had physical disabilities which paved the way for him to start his career in age care before moving into the mental health sector. He has dedicated the last 6 years to providing support to families and those in the community with disabilities.

‘Through my experience, I have noticed the need in the community for support businesses like ours to provide a more person-centered approach to supports, building a strong relationship to those we serve with open communication and personalized service.’

With that need, came the birth of Coast Care Inclusive Support Services - a boutique inclusive support service that specializes in assisting individuals and families living with a disability throughout the Central Coast.
