Eligibility Policy

The right fit

It is important for our participants and their families to be comfortable working with our team and to determine if we are the right fit. To ensure our services are the right fit we first need to meet with any prospective individuals prior to providing our service and ensure that our team can meet the needs of the individual and their families. On that basis, Coast Care reserves the right to accept or decline any application to enter into an agreement, our specialized and experienced team will work closely with the carer and other services to ensure we can meet the needs of the individual.
